Running To The Success

Assalamualaikum..Many people said that there are some "secret to success"..But in my opinion, there is no SECRET to be a successful person..You just have to work smart to to get it and always pray to GOD to help us to get what we want in our life..A succesful person will not create any reason to deny their weakness but they always find the way to make sure the weakness will not interrupt them to find what they want..So, any comments??hehehe....(sorry verry broken english)
